Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable to the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund.

Please note that the Shipping charges, Cross Border Charges, and COD charges are non-refundable.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages / Defects / Wrong item received:

Upon receiving of your order, please inspect the items for any damages /or defects. If you find any damages /or defects /or received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. Kindly mention the order number /or invoice number in all communications related to such issues. This will help us find a solution quickly and make it right for you.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Devices or tools for Personal Care and Hygiene Instruments, and Medical Equipment intended for personal use that might contact with skin or body fluids (such as body support, Garments, and Orthopaedic, Nebulizers, Suction Units, Respiratory & all related accessories, etc.)

Products that have been used or damaged by you, or are not in the same condition as you received them.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This way you don’t have to wait for very long to enjoy your purchase. We will refund the items returned as soon as we receive them in a good condition.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If it is approved by our quality team, we will initiate the refund process at the earliest. Kindly note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund to your account.
If the payment mode was Cash on Delivery, we will refund the amount to the bank account of your choice. Bank details will be taken during the refund process. Please ensure that the details that you enter are correct. Life World Medical Supplies will not validate a Bank Account number and is not responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient.
